The WANSM course is my flagship course. This course is the next step beyond ROAR, for athletes and coaches who want to dig in more into female physiology and the latest research. It is for those of you who want to use physiology to optimize performance and health. The course is delivered online for 8 weeks (7 Modules, 85 Chapters, and 5 Facebook Live sessions) and you have access to the content for a year.
MENOPAUSE 2.0
The Menopause 2.0 course was made in response to the huge demand and questions I get about this demographic. This course will give you the science-based knowledge and research you need to understand the changes happening to your body and give you strategies to optimize your performance and health. The course is delivered online for five weeks (5 modules, 57 Chapters), and you have access to the content for a year.
MICROLEARNING
Microlearning is short, focused, on-demand courses. They dive into specific topics, and they will empower you with easily digestible and applicable science. They take about 2-3 hours to complete (but you have access to them for as long as we are in business) and usually include practical case studies. The library of topics is always growing and covers what you need to know to make small but significant changes in your life. They are for everyone, from health professionals to active women.
