Hailey Happens
These are day-by-day training programs specifically designed for active women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. If you are new to lifting, try Start Strong. If you are already active but new to strength training, try Foundation Happens. If you are active and have some strength training experience, I suggest you try Strong Happens or Performance Happens.
