I didn't set out to be a pioneer. I set out to fix something that was broken.
Most exercise science, nutrition research, and performance guidance was built by men for men. Women were handed the leftovers and told to make it work. I've spent 25 years changing that: researching female physiology, publishing more than 100 peer-reviewed studies, and working hands-on with elite and everyday female athletes across every stage of life.
From strength training and nutrition for active women to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, the science I share is built around the female body, not borrowed from someone else's.
My goal is to help women finally understand what their body needs— and realize they are not the problem, they’ve just never had the right answers before.
