My Official YouTube Channel Is Live!

by Dr. Stacy Sims
Feb 24, 2025

I’m excited to share that my official YouTube channel is live today! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about sharing female-specific knowledge and expertise that can make a difference to active women and everyone who works with them. Easy-to-digest, informative video content is an important part of that, and from today onwards we’ll have new, exclusive content for you available on YouTube several times a week, so please take a moment to subscribe and turn on notifications. I’ll be sharing some great content over there! Here's today's video:

In Other News...

Big Week in Podcast Land

Talking of great content, it’s been a pretty epic week this past week, recording podcasts with Dr. Gabrielle Lyon on Tuesday, Mel Robbins on Thursday, then Kristen Holmes on Friday. Whew! I'll let you know when these episodes are scheduled to drop—stay tuned!

Next Gen Coming Soon!

I’m hugely excited that my latest course, Next Gen, will be going live in early April. This course will focus on understanding the changes girls face through puberty and their teenage years so you can better support them now and into the future. Since my daughter is in this age group, I have been especially invested in researching for this new course.

Next Gen is perfect for anyone who supports active teenage girls, including parents, coaches, trainers, teachers, and health professionals. If you’d like to learn more and/or join the waitlist, you can do so here.

30% Off Microlearning for Subscribers

My Microlearning courses are designed to help you dive deeper into a specific topic with around three hours of focused, interactive learning. Popular courses include Pregnancy & Exercise, Creatine, and Protein.

Sneaky tip for all of my newsletter subscribers: Simply use the code MICROPACK30OFF at checkout and you'll get 30% off any Microlearning course! (And just as a reminder, in order to remain impartial and factual, I’ve built my business to be independent of outside influence. My work is funded entirely by sales of my courses and books.)

What’s The Rusch? Tune In!

A good friend of mine, Rebecca Rusch, recently launched her What’s the Rusch podcast, which I’m keen to share with you all. With this podcast, Rebecca is being particularly brave in sharing raw conversations about her post-concussion darkness, losing her parents, and finding her strength. The first episode features Dr. Michael Gervais and explores why high achievers often struggle to find peace and what it truly means to master ourselves rather than just our craft. You can tune in here.

Next Time...

In my next newsletter, I’ll be focusing on a question I get asked all the time: How can I maintain or even improve my bone health?

Take care and be well,

Clear Mission, Shared Vision
After four whirlwind weeks on the road in the U.S., I’m finally back home with my family, enjoying some much-needed downtime. One of the most challenging aspects of the work I do is being away from home—but it’s also one of my greatest motivators. As the mother of a soon-to-be teenager, I’m more committed than ever to helping her generation understand their unique physiology and feel empowe...
On the Road with a Reason
At the time of writing this, I’ve been on the road in the U.S. for three weeks with a packed schedule of keynote speeches, video shoots, meet-ups, and, of course, plenty of workouts (that part is always non-negotiable!). While it’s always hard being away from my family for this long, this is also the time where I get to see and feel the impact of female science and research in action. It ha...
